Unhappy How to pass parameters to sub-report on data change in main report

    Hi,
I want to know is there a way by which I can pass some parameters to the sub-report, when in Main report data is changed by Group By clause?

I have a query which gets all the values from database. I have 4 departments and on Department Name I have placed a Group By function, which selects the departments with the same name and breaks the page after each department.

I have another query for sub-report, which only counts total working days of the vehicles.

    I want to know,
that when the page breaks after change in department name, it only prints the total working days of vehicles in that particular department.
Now it shows the total days of all the departments.

I have attached my database, I know it is confusing by just asking the question that way.
    Thanks

I could not open the zip file. You need to link the subreport to the main report - see the properties of the subreport, there will be Link Master and Link Child. Put the department in there.
