    Query Mixup

Looks like i have done something wrong but don't know what and would appreciate if someone could help me here,

Employeefile Table containing Sr.No (Primary Key) Emp_Number And Emp_Name

Discrepancy Table cotnaining Emp_ID, Status, Discrepancy Type

Now when i created a query using both the tables and parameter as [Enter Employee Number] And Between [From Date] and [To Date] i am getting a mix response giving what is happening is when i enter employee number and date range in order to run a query i get the entry what i did but some information which is unders someone name is also showing in that employee and this confusing me. Can someone tell me what possible i have done wrong ?

Discrepancy table is saving the SrNo value as the foreign key in Emp_ID field?

Should avoid special characters in names. Is there really a dot in Sr.No name?

Think will need to analyse project if you want to provide it.
