    Limited date in field

    Hi all,

I have a form in access 2003 and there is a field (date/time type) where I put the expired date of the product (when the product will expire). The problem is that I can not set a year greater than 2029. Is there a limit of year value ?

    thanks in advance !

Have you checked the underlying table and the properties for the field to determine if there is a max value set?

You could go to the table design view for the table with the underlying field. Click on that field, and below you should see the Properties. Maybe there's something in the Validation Rule field (I don't see a max value property)? I am on Access 2010, but I just ran a test and it let me put in a date in 2084.

Hey guys, I found a suitable solution: the problem was in Input Mask and Regional Standards of Windows.

    Thanks all anyway !
