Email Notification

First, I do not know VB. I do however need so help with a task.

I have a table in Access with contract expiration dates. Each contract has to be renewed prior to the expiration date. I would to be able to have access generated and send an email notification to the person responsible for renewing the contract 2 months before the expiration date. Can this be done without using a lot of coding and if so, could someone help?
