Data append to table

I want to punch data in form and i want to append data to table and i want to automatically show new record when i reopen the form Now i face a problem that when i reopen form record show 1st table row

You will need to change the Data Entry property of the form to Yes. That way the form will always open ready to accept a new record.

Open the form in design view then open the property sheet-->data tab-->data entry: set to Yes
