    Angry View only own records

    Hey,

I have a db with a table that tracks user names and passwords, and every data table has a field to track which user added which record.

I would like to limit most users to being able to view only the records that they have entered into the database. Ideally higher level users (managers) will be able to view all the records that their workgroup have entered.

Any ideas? I'm thinking a query on every report and whatnot, but I'm hoping there is a cleaner answer.

    Nick

It is a query for all of your reports and forms, but it is the same query for everyone.
