Creating a dynamic search box in Access 2010

Hi guys,

Been searching the web for this, I am using access 2010 and am trying to create a dynamic search like the one google uses, it will feature a drop down that will populate with results but when its not in use the drop down is not shown.

I know its not much to ask, I have programmed in java but vb doesn't make any sense, any help would be appreciated.

Also if you could help me with another question that would be great to, I'm looking to add a menu system to the form its self so that the users will be able to do certain functions. for an idea please see link and the third image is what I'm looking to create with the menu bar at the top of the screen.
