Multiple users needs to open db at the same time

(I open I logged this issue at the right place)

I have just stored my database on our company server, but only 1 user can open this database at the same time, how can I make sure that more than 1 user can open this database at the same time? (max 10 users). Any easy ways to get this solved?

OK? I have split my db but still no joy...
