    Web Form Behavior on Sharepoint

I've noticed that my forms behave differently while running locally vs. running on the sharepoint.

One of the tricks I use is to have several combo boxes all referring to the same control source. That way a user can find a record by more than one method. i.e.

    [ID] [First] [Last]

Then I just make the first column 0 width to hide the [ID] and sort by [First] so I can scroll by first name to find the record.

When I do this locally, all combo-boxes update in synch.

When I do this on the sharepoint, only one combobox shoes the value.

Is there a way to do this where all of the combo boxes stay in synch?

    More detail

I'm attaching an example so you can see what I'm attempting to describe.

You can see that the file Access Form fills all of the fields in.

On the file Webform, only one field that is entered is filled in.

Is there anyone that knows what I'm doing wrong? Does anyone know of a better way I can do this and still use the Web Publishing service in Access?

    Thanks,

    Flanders
