Is it possible to create a macro that will "create e-mail"

I have created a database that has a form for taking a referral, which then has several fields that need to be filled in by the person receiving the referral. Is it possible to create a macro that will run the "create email" function to export (outlook) a table to be updated?

    thanks.

    I don't understand.

Are you attempting to send an email with an exported document attached?

yes, I want to use the "create email" function in Access 7, but, i don't want to have to go through all the prompts, that's why i am looking for a possible macro to do it for me.

Here's a simple way to send email, with an attachment or without.

yes, i know of the sendobject way, but, i want to send an email through outlook that can be updated back to the database. i wanted to do it with a macro so that i don't have to step through the options in the "create e-mail option in Access 07.

What do you mean by this? You want to update a field in one of your access tables after an email is sent, sort of like an indication of whether an email has been sent or not? You can set up your code in Access so that you're not prompted for anything nor do you have to click a 'send' button or anything else so I'm a bit lost in what you're having trouble with.
