    formatting the report

I have attached my report here.

I have to generate a report of "Resources" available, grouping by "Type of service" (marked in the pic).

Each resource will have office phone no.,fax, tty, hotline and so on. I have a table for resources tblResources and tblContacts. Based on the contact type, the phone nos. are stored in tblContacts and these two tables are linked.

    My questions are,

when I pull a report, the resources are not grouped together For eg., DDA western Regional office phone nos (office, fax, tty) are scattered. why is that?

I want to draw line between the records but not in between every record.
For a particular resource having phone, fax,tty it should group together and should not draw line in between. (I have marked using a red line)

    How do I do that?

    Thanks for your time.

It looks like you're grouping on the type of service; I'd expect a second grouping on the resource. That would let you put your line in the group footer.
