multiple records with consecutive dates

I have a form where I track time off for teachers at a school. On the form I enter their name, the date they request off, a yes/no field for whether or not they need a sub, the sub assigned to them, the reason, and notes.

Sometimes they ask off for a date range, two or more consecutive days. Is there a way to enter a start date and an end date and have the table update with one record per date?
