Angry I've somehow locked myself out

Hello. We recently converted from 2003 to 2007. I copied a database that I use to enter time study data for an entire year. I created the new one in the 2007 format (accdb), the old one is in 2003 (mdb). Somehow through this process I did something to the mdb so that I can't make any changes to it's design, or even see the record source (there is no little button with the elipses on it). This mdb is on a server that multiple people can access, in a folder that certain people can access. I had an IT person look at it, and they were able to see and make changes to the design. She was not able to figure out what I'd done either. Can anyone help? Thanks!!

Have you tried opening it holding down the shift key and the enter key simultaneously?

Yes, tried that. No luck. I should also say that this affects EVERY mdb file I have. I can only change properties of the new 2007 accdb that I created.
