    Forms and SQL Queries

    Hi

Wasn't really sure which category to put this under but here goes...

I have a form where the user selects a year from a dropdown menu (eg. 2011, 2010, 2009) and then a month from another dropdown menu (eg. January, February).

I want the selections inserting into the SQL queries I have. Does anyone know the syntax for referencing a form?

Also, the dropdown for the month is a lookup from the following table.

    Code:
    1 | January
    2 | February
    3 | March
    4 | April
    5 |and so on...
I need to reference the number of the month rather than the name of the month in the SQL query.

    Thanks

    James
