Show multiple records returned by search on one page

    Hello,

I've made an Access form which search in a database for persons.

The search is done by the lastname or a part of it.

At this point everything is working except for the fact that it shows one record per page. So if it returns 12 records i can click with the page navigation buttons 12 times.

Is there a possibility to show all the found records underneath eachother like:

    firstname lastname gender birthdate
    firstname lastname gender birthdate
    firstname lastname gender birthdate
    firstname lastname gender birthdate
    firstname lastname gender birthdate

    thank you in advance.

    Regards

Add a subform to an unbound form and base the recordsource on your filtered data....or make your current form a continuous form and put your filter combos up in the header.
