Purchase Order Template

Does anyone have a template for purchase orders? I don't need anything real elaborate, nothing is for resale. I am looking for a means to write POs for purchasing supplies and a way to keep track of who ordered what and from whom and how it was paid. I didn't want to spend time recreating the wheel when I am sure there is something out there somewhere that would fit the need.

As you know any template would have to be reworked to suit your personal needs.

Thanks Blaster. I actually had run across that one and didn't know if maybe someone had one geared toward buying rather than selling. I will work on that one a little to see if changing customer to vendor will cause any unwanted results.
