Red face Can't see minimum or maximum buttons?!?

I have Access 2007 and 2010 and I have designed a form but it is only loading up in maximised mode and there are no visible minimise or maximise buttons on the top right of the form, so I can't reduce it down in size, or switch to other forms without first closing the open form.

There is a "X" button to close the form, but that is all.

    Hope you can help.

    Regards... Tony
