I am using access 2003 and would like to know where the sorting selection is on the properties for a report?

Options:
1. sort criteria can be in the query or SQL statement of the report's RecordSource
2. Order By property of the report
3. Use report Grouping & Sorting wizard: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...001159160.aspx
To provide db: Make copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip if large - 2mb allowed, attach to post. Attachment Manager is below the Advanced post editor window.
