Create a calendar report?

Hello,
I have a form that is in the calendar format for scheduling.
The scheduled date, name, etc ... in in tblSchedule

frmCalendar is what is used.

I can't print the form with the data.

I need to create a report to look like the calendar with the scheduled info on it like I do on the form.
