Default Field Name into Subject/Body of an email?

I have a couple database I built to manage our information. One is for funding requests and one is for leave requests for our employees.

As of now, I've created a Macro that will send an email to the supervisor telling them of a submitted request. The supervisor goes in, decides on the request, then when they hit "submit" right now Outlook opens a new email automatically and the supervisor must type in the worker's email address and number of the request to inform the worker it is completed.

I don't know VB very well, so I was wondering if someone could help me with a code that will automatically send an email back to the worker once the submit button is clicked recognizing their email and inserting the request number either in the subject or body of the email? Or if this is possible? Thanks in advance!
