PHP/MySQL vs SQL server 2005

Hi,
I already use a localhost server PHP/MySQL on my machine.
I use it with Dreamwear as a testing server
I want also to install SQL server 2005 on my machine.

Will be any conflict between them?
Can I use either PHp/MySQL or SQL server with my Access databases?
