Paradox Sort order for linking tables to access

Hi,

I have a paradox db which is part of a Hitachi machine set up that I am trying to report data from with Access97. The sort order in paradox is "japan 10 (0x0A)" but I can't link due to Collating sequence issue or sequence not supported by OS. Has anyone worked with this sort order before??
