Looking for Mentor

Hi all,

I'm looking for someone to mentor me who has good experience in Access and some experience in using SQL as a back-end. I'd also be passing along code for review and be asking for advice. I'm pretty much a noob. I can't be wasting 10 hours at a time for every problem I encounter in Access as I'll never finish my tasks. Most of my problems will be minor upgrades and refactoring code. This student will be willing to pay a fair tutoring rate.

p.s. I enjoy the forum but I really need one on one training. I also don't feel comfortable posting all my code online.
