Default Windows and Access Versions in Profile

To make it easier for everyone, we added two new fields in member profile: Windows and Access versions.

Both fields are forced during registration, and will be displayed along with a member's post. New members won't forget to include the software version in their posts, from this point forth.

If you have already registered, please spend a minute updating your profile. Thanks!

Made a slight change: The software versions will be stored into every new post, if you change your Windows or Access version, your old posts won't be affected.

e.g. A post was created based on Access 2003, if the poster upgraded to Access 2007, the post should still display 2003, otherwise it would be misleading to those who refer to this post. Over 80% visitors of this board are guests.
