Pls Help!!! Summing only the Fields with the same Data

I have this table:

Names.............. Sales
Jones .............. 50
Rogers............. 100
Lopez................25
Jones............... 75

I just want to add the sales that have the same customer name.How can I do this? Pls Help!!!
