I would like to create a database for my music collection. I would like to have one table with artist which would be linked to the artists albums table. I would then like a form with a drop down menu displaying the artists. When ever I select an artist I would like it to display that artists album information. I have the tables set up and I have the drop down menu working, but I can not figure out how to connect it with the album information. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The easiest way to create form "Artist" and put a subform on it, with his albums.
Then you can make that form split, to display a list of all artists aside. Other ways require some VB coding. |

It seems to me that Microsoft has a template already created for that. Either it ships with Access or it OnLine at the Microsoft Office Template site.
