Default Duplicate the record in form and subform to a different table

I am trying (unsuccessfully) to copy a record from table
"A" and detail records from table "A2".......

and append that data to table "B" and detail table "B2".

All of this is done in a form. So VB/SQL would be great?

Help!!!!

Thanks
