Hi
Background: Incoming bulk liquids Delivery arrives, The Gate House (security) enter Vehicle Reg Company Order Ref Temperature on their Delivery Log (form) The liquid is then sampled and analysed by the lab. The lab Form should show the details the Gate House have entered. The lab then enters their anlalysis results on their Liquid Analysis Log. All the data is recorded on one table. Problem: Is there a way to update the Lab form data to show the Gate House enteries without having to shut and reopen the form. I have tried an update Command with no joy. I'm still very green Access. Any help apreciated |

Without knowing more we will just have to guess. The GateHouse needs to save before anyone else can see it and others will need to Requery to pick up new records.
