Hi, I have database. There are near about 2000 contact with address and telephone numbers. Sometime these contact change their address and telephone numbers. How it possible to keep their last address in database. Please help me. thx

Access has always been my 'Achilles Heel' of MS Office. I have always wanted to use it but never had anything to apply it to. I recently got a new job as a Performance Analyst and now have hundreds of things I that I can now use Access for. The only trouble is that I am an absolute begginer. I have set up a couple of Databases already and am very impressed with what I have been able to do but I no doubt be a very frequent visitor here asking for help!
