Trouble opening MS Access net work file from PC with Vista

I'm having trouble opening an MS Access file over our network from a new PC with Vista.

My other 11 PCs, (running 98/ME/XP), have no problems opening the same file. Also, the new Vista PC will open every other type of file, Excel/Word/.jpgs/etc.

Any ideas?!!
