Default How to list mulitple boxes on one page? How to do auto date and time?

Hi,

I am trying to make an appointment database.

I wanto list 28 boxes on the form. I only need 1 box for the date per day. My categories are date then time, Name, Comments

I want to list the time in half hour blocks from 6:00am to 8pm for each day.

I have a button for next day. So I need the date to goto the next day once the button is pressed.

I hope you can help. I used Access a long time ago but I have forgotten since.

Thanks in advance.
