    Gantt Chart

Hello to all , before i post my question i already made my research in the forum as also in the internet.
Whats the scenario here , i have been assigned to make a schedule lets say about employees lisence .
That i should store the name of an employee, the start and end date of the lisence the type of the lisence and the duration.
Thats the easy part, the thing is that i need to represent it as a gantt chart or something SIMILAR to it .
I did it on the microsoft project but i want to specify if they are any similar templates or something that can be EASILY modify to my needs in something similar to gant chartt.
I just learned that there is a gantt chart builder for microsoft access and excel but as i can see its a demo/trial and the official u need to buy it.
As i told i already search the forum for a gantt chart but i couldent find something to satisfie me therefore i am asking once again.
Here is a link with a screenshot that i took from microsoft project 2010 any ideas or suggestion would be welcome http://www.2shared.com/photo/ZUKo11YC/Sample.html
Thank you all for your time.

Yes, basicly that discussion leads to many other examples , i have checked the http://bandwood.com/portfolio/gantt-...uilder-system/ but as i told i can only download the demo part and not the original.
I still dident figure out how to: Using Project: The best option of all, because MS Project is designed for this very thing. The great news is that you can export (or save) directly into Access (format).
I am usiing microsoft project 2010 and there is no export or save as as a microsoft Access format. This is from http://www.brighthub.com/computing/w...les/57933.aspx
Update: I can save microsoft project as XML file and then export it to access but there i am exporting only the data.
I dont care about the data of project i care about the design, the gantt chart
