Combo box select from two fields

Suppose I have a field of Republicans and a field of Democrats. I then want to populate another field with the winners. So I want a combo box to give me the choice of the two candidates relative to each race to select from. Not the the whole list of either Reps or Dems.

Any help would be appreciated.
