Default All Access Objects shows nothing

All the data I entered several days ago in a Table and the Report I designed seem to have disappeared! I'm using Access 2007 version. Nothing is showing up in the far left column where you can usually see a listing of Tables, Queries, Reports, etc. Help???!!!
Thanks.

Can you attach your db to a post here and we can look at it for you? Cross your fingers.

Default Attaching my file as per Rural Guy's request-

I tried to upload the file which was a .accdb type but got an error message, so I converted it to a .mdb type and it seemed to upload ok, but I'm not sure it did. Keeping my fingers crossed! I'm new on the Forum so may not be doing everything just right.
Thanks for looking at this for me.

Sorry but there is nothing in this db. Try zipping up the accdb and then upload.

Thanks for your interest, but I think this is probably a lost cause!
