Default ACCESS File size doesnt change after deleting objects

Hi, I was making a template in Access which requires attaching objects (Pictures, and visios) in the last 2 columns of my table. The problem I have is that once I delete these objects and save the size of the file doesn't change. Is there any way to change this?

Thank you!
